- Progressive and strategic training plans that grow with you.
- Calorie and macronutrient targets personalized for you and your goals.
- Sample meal plans to help you learn the framework for eating healthy, balanced meals to meet your nutritional targets.

How does it work?
- You select your plan from the below options and subscribe.
- Within 24 hours*, I will email you login credentials for the training platform.
- Once you log in, you will complete required intake forms and an introductory assessment so that I may best design your program for YOU and your goals.
- Upon completion of all intake protocol, within 24 hours* your first week of training will be loaded to your calendar and I'll touch base with you to answer any questions you may have.
- Nutrition coaching begins immediately with a discussion of a nutrition game plan for your first week. If you have a food journal available for analysis, I will review it with you. If not, it is strongly encouraged that you begin from day 1 of training with me for greatest accuracy and coaching efficacy.

Dedicated Plan - $249/moDo you currently work out and want to get into better shape? Are you a beginner who wants to see faster results? If so, the Dedicated Plan is for you. This tier includes 4 custom workouts per week based around your goals and equipment, nutrition coaching including food journal analysis and assistance with making your favorite recipes healthier, and support, feedback and motivation from Jala.

Elite Plan - $299/moAre you living an active lifestyle but want to up the ante on your performance? Do you need to get in shape ASAP? If so, the Elite Plan is for you. This tier includes 5 custom workouts per week based around your goals and equipment, nutrition coaching including food journal analysis and assistance with making your favorite recipes healthier, and support, feedback and motivation from Jala.
