- Access to the training app, which includes a workout calendar, messaging system, workout videos including exercise cues, results tracking and more
- 6 workouts each week tailor-made to suit your available time, goals, equipment, and current fitness level
- Recommendations of activities for your 'active rest day'
- Review of the last week of your existing food journal -- if you do not have one it is recommended that you begin journaling from Day 1 of your training. When you have completed a week of journaling, we will then review
- Daily caloric intake and macronutrient targets calculated for you and your goals
- Sample meal plans and suggestions for snacks to help you learn how to eat your way to success (this is not a full meal plan as I am not a registered dietitian) -- vegetarian? Vegan? No problem!
- Troubleshooting assistance with any soreness, tightness, or difficulty you experience including tips for recovery and optimal health.
