We start by tracking what you are already eating each day, and follow this with an analysis of how to best fuel your body. I'll review your nutrition needs and help you learn how to meal plan for success -- or adjust your current meal planning to better meet your body's needs. You will receive general nutrition information, as well as feedback regarding ways to adjust recipes and habits to optimize your performance. Plant-powered or omnivorous? Not a problem! I have actively trained under omnivorous, vegetarian and vegan diets.
